Sarah Paget has a clinical background in Mental Health, leading a Therapeutic Community for people with severe and enduring Mental Health problems for over ten years. She has a Masters Degree in Consulting and Leading in Organisations from the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and has considerable experience in training and consulting to individuals and organisations wanting to understand and improve their psycho-social approach.

Sarah is currently the programme manager for a range of quality networks at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Center for Quality Improvement. Her work involves coordination and operational leadership of services and activities that lead to improvement and/or systemic change in a range of services for adults, children and young people across the NHS, voluntary, private, independent, education and criminal justice sectors. She initiated and led the development of the Enabling Environments project at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
