Dan Lescure qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2009 and has since worked in various posts across several mental health trusts. Before working as an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner in the KHP Pathway Homeless Team, Dan spent a year working in a mental health project at Health E1 Homeless GP Practice in Tower Hamlets providing holistic outreach and support to frequent attenders of A&E. Dan has worked as an OT across acute and forensic inpatient psychiatry services and began his career as a support worker in an Assertive Outreach Team. Dan is now the Senior Mental Health Policy Officer at the Greater London Authority and is supporting the Mayor of London to deliver a Health Inequalities Strategy in 2018. Dan is also part of the Thrive LDN team aiming to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all Londoners.
