This paper aims to discuss the practice and experience of our nurses, podiatrist and volunteers in caring for our clients who are predominantly rough-sleepers. The St John Ambulance Sussex Homeless Service runs drop-in and outreach sessions weekly for the last twenty years. The nurse and podiatrist consultations are available at the drop-in sessions. There in the sea mist, we find people who think and rethink care.
