KHP Pathway Homeless Team
Dr. Zana Khan is a GP specialising in the care of homeless and socially excluded groups. Since completing GP training, she’s worked as a portfolio and inner-city GP in primary care and urgent care before joining the Kings Health Partners Pathway Homeless Team as GP Clinical Lead in 2013. Her portfolio includes teaching and education, GP appraisal, honorary senior lecturer at UCL and Pathway Clinical Research and Education Fellow, where she co-developed the MSc module in Homeless and Inclusion Health with UCL. She has published several papers in the field and teaches and presents at conferences nationally. She is lead for education and advocacy at the Collaborative Centre for Inclusion Health hosted by UCL and is applying for a doctoral fellowship to research the role of education, with the aim of improving quality and approach to care of socially excluded groups.
