Melanie is Director of Support and Wellbeing at Honeycomb Group, a team of social-minded brands championing happy homes by providing services and support that help people across Staffordshire and its surrounding area feel secure, connected and confident.
Melanie joined Honeycomb Group in 2016. Prior to this Melanie worked across a range of disciplines including general nursing within acute hospital settings, hospice social work, and a range of social work, managerial and commissioning / partnership roles within the statutory sector.
Melanie is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the British Association of Social Workers. She is responsible for support and wellbeing services including housing, homelessness and complex needs services within Concrete.
Melanie’s passion is making a difference to the lives of those who need a helping hand during difficult times; leading and working in partnership with equally passionate people, creating the right culture to help raise the voice of those who struggle to be heard, and empowering individuals and communities to thrive.
