This year’s international symposium at The Mary Ward Conference Centre, Bloomsbury, welcomed over 280 healthcare professionals, local government and not for profit sector specialists and experts by experience across the two days.
“Very powerful talks, leaves a lot of food for thought.”
“A great number of people coming together to tackle issues and bring together ideas to support people experiencing homelessness to improve health care.”
“The conference provided a creative space for developing new ideas and contacts.”
“Fantastic line up, inspiring delegates, smooth organisation.”
“Informative, good to share best practice and meet others trying to improve the health of homeless people.”
“Great opportunity to renew enthusiasm and compassion and remind me why I am fighting the good fight.”
This annual symposium is developed by Pathway and the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health and brings together a coalition of partners to focus on the many issues affecting homeless people’s wellbeing.
This, the 7th symposium, will bring together the latest international and national evidence and best practice in health, housing and public services for excluded people.
All presentations from this two day event are filmed or audio recorded, creating a box set of over 14 hours of professional content – a unique digital library which is given to all participants to inform their practice and to share with colleagues.
