Bill has been the Deputy Director for Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy at the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government since April 2018. His team produced the Government’s Rough Sleeping Strategy which was published in August last year. Prior to this post he worked in the No10 Policy Unit for 2 ½ years advising David Cameron and Theresa May on Welfare and Pensions Policy. He has over 10 years’ experience working in several Whitehall Departments.
