Chris is an experienced programme and project leader with UK and international experience of leading delivery of public service reform and improvement. He has led and facilitated the design and mobilisation of the Doncaster Complex Lives Alliance, a highly integrated approach to supporting people locked into a cycle of rough sleeping, addiction, mental ill health, poor physical health and offending behaviour. This brings together in an innovative, person centred approach housing, health and criminal justice and community and voluntary sector services into an integrated care approach that has attracted national recognition as good practice. The model received the Northern Housing Award for best initiative in tackling homelessness and rough sleeping in 2018.
