An early adopter of Psychologically Informed Environments, Claire led on the development of an award winning integrated health and social care service; the Thames Reach/SLaM/Lambeth Waterloo Project. This accommodation based service works with the boroughs most entrenched and socially excluded rough sleepers who are experiencing complex trauma. Claire’s vision is that all services working with vulnerable adults become trauma aware, psychologically informed environments. Her mission is to support providers achieve this via her training and consultancy business No One Left Out. Claire is currently developing a paper and training course on how to commission PIE services.
