Dr Hannah Field

Dr Field is a GP Registrar in Guildford with an interest in palliative medicine and inclusion healthcare. She graduated from St George’s Medical School, London in 2014. Her passion for homeless health was ignited after joining the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health, and completing an elective with the Pathway Brighton homelessness team.
She joined Pathway as a clinical fellow following two years as a junior doctor in the Midlands. She assisted Pathway teams across the country with service evaluation and data analysis, reviewing the care of homeless patients referred to a Pathway team across a 6 month period.
Dr Field is in her final year of an MSc exploring end of life care for the homeless at Cardiff University. Her work exploring advanced care planning within hostels was awarded the Bernard Moran diploma prize.
