With the right support to tackle entrenched medical, personal and social problems, it is possible for people experiencing homelessness to secure positive health – a foundation for rebuilding more secure and stable lives.
The QNI’s Homeless Health Programme is the national network to improve the health of vulnerable or marginalised groups in the community, particularly:
- People experiencing homelessness
- Gypsy and Traveller Communities
- Vulnerable Migrants
- Sex Workers
