We look forward to welcoming you to the 16th Annual International Conference of the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health for two days of discussion and debate, shared learning and solidarity.

Over the past year, national conversations about prevention, neighbourhood health, housing security and reducing inequalities have continued to shape policy and practice. Yet for many people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, barriers to healthcare, housing and wider support remain significant.

Across the UK, services are adapting to rising demand, constrained resources and increasingly complex need. At the same time, innovative partnerships between healthcare providers, housing organisations, local authorities, charities and people with lived experience continue to demonstrate what is possible when inclusion is placed at the centre of service design.

This year’s conference asks how we can turn ambition into action. What progress have we made towards more inclusive systems? What lessons can we learn from frontline practice, research and lived experience? And how can we create sustainable pathways out of homelessness that leave no one behind?

Attracting an audience of over 400 professionals from across healthcare, housing, local government, academia and the charity sector.
