Conference Partners

Pathways from Homelessness 2026 is supported by our conference partners.

We are grateful for their support in bringing this important event to London this year.

Pathway is the UK’s leading homeless and inclusion health charity. We exist to improve the health of people experiencing homelessness and other dimensions of severe social exclusion. We work to prevent and end homelessness by supporting the NHS to improve access to the right healthcare. Our work focuses on developing and implementing evidence-based new models of care, supporting specialist professionals, stimulating and hosting research, and influencing public policy to ensure health services play their part in ending homelessness. People with lived experience of homelessness help to shape our work.

Pathway hosts the Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health, a multi-disciplinary network focused on health care for people experiencing homelessness and other excluded groups. Led by Dr Chris Sargeant, Pathway’s Medical Director, the network brings together a wide range of people working in the sector who care and reaffirm the fundamental right for all patients to be treated with

dignity, compassion and respect. The Faculty’s aim is to improve the quality of healthcare for people experiencing homelessness and others in inclusion health groups by setting standards and supporting services in which generosity, kindness, and compassion combine with a commitment to improving the quality and outcomes of services.
