GP Lead for Health Inclusion & Homeless In-Reach Services

Carwyn Shires is a GP with an extended role working for the Cardiff and Vale Health Inclusion Service. As part of a team, he undertakes four sessions a week providing outreach primary care services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and runs drop in clinics in front line hostels. He also is the GP lead for the in-reach team working with health inclusion patients who are admitted to hospital.
