Dr Becky Ward

Dr Becky Ward is the Research Director at the Centre for Homelessness Research and Practice at the University of Southampton. She is interested in research and community-based projects which will improve outcomes for people struggling with access and engagement, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Previously she has worked with excluded young people supporting them to re-engage with education, employment and community life. Her current work is all about collaboration and co-production with practitioners to co-produce specialised staff training with children and young people to ensure young people's perspectives shape services, and with homelessness staff to meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness.
