Dr Chris Sargeant

Medical Director, Pathway; Secretary to the Faculty of Homeless and Inclusion Health

Dr Chris Sargeant is Medical Director of Pathway and Secretary to the Faculty of Homeless and Inclusion Health. He is clinical lead for the Pathway Partnership Programme. His clinical background is as a GP at ARCH, a specialist primary care practice for people experiencing homelessness in Brighton between 1998 until 2025, with a period in Primary Care treatment of alcohol and drug dependence in Islington during that time. He is the current chair of ARCH Health CIC. He was GP lead for the Brighton Pathway team from when it was established in 2012 until last year. He has worked as a Senior Lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and is interested in improving outcomes for Inclusion Health groups, staff support, education and training, and service improvement.
