Dr Lynsay Crawford

Senior Clinical Lecturer, University of Glasgow

Lynsay Crawford is a GP and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. She has 30 years of experience working as a GP in deprived communities in Scotland, is on the steering group of The Scottish Deep Project. and has a strong interest in the social determinants of health and health inequalities.

In her academic role she teaches medical students and likes to use innovative methods; she has introduced two world firsts to the medical curriculum at Glasgow involving students learning directly from people with lived experience. She is also involved in medical education research with a strong focus on lived experience and inclusion.
