Dr Nic Dickson

Honorary Research Fellow, School of Health and Wellbeing, University of Glasgow

Nic Dickson is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow’s School of Health and Wellbeing and a Community-Embedded Researcher on the ESRC-funded C4 project at the University of Stirling. Her work focuses on arts-based and participatory methods to amplify the voices of seldom-heard communities, particularly in relation to health inequalities, recovery, and trauma-informed practice. Nic recently co-created Pathways of Hope, a public information comic developed with people in recovery, medical students, and community partners. She has published widely on creative methodologies and is committed to making research accessible and impactful through visual storytelling.
