Emily Rayfield is a Project Manager in the Clinical Division at Anna Freud. She has extensive experience in delivering mental health programmes; conducting peer review and accreditations for specialist services, providing mental health consultation and training for schools, and managing varied programmes for local authorities. At Anna Freud, Emily has managed a wide range of large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects aimed at improving and evaluating evidence-based support for children in care or on the edge of care, families affected by trauma, parents and carers, and professionals. Emily’s work focuses on improving the identification of need, driving service improvement, and strengthening support for those who need it.
