Emma Marsh
Clinical Team Manager, Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust
Emma is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor and has experience working in prisons and with vulnerable groups. Since 2022, she has been Clinical Team Manager of the Rough Sleepers Mental Health Service in Leeds, for LYPFT. Her work is rooted in relational practice, emphasising the importance of the therapeutic relationship, which she has embedded into the service’s approach to supporting people experiencing homelessness. Alongside her clinical role, Emma chairs the nationwide Setting up and Developing Services forum through PIELink, bringing together professionals across the UK who are working to improve services for people facing homelessness.
