Dr Emma Williamson, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, is the CEO and Founder of aneemo.com, a health edtech Social Enterprise training platform supporting voluntary, health, and social care staff globally in their work with people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage. Emma has over 20 years’ experience leading innovation within the NHS to address inequality. She founded and led (2011-2025) the multi-award-winning South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust’s Psychology in Hostels. She is also a published author, trainer, organisational consultant and visiting University lecturer. Emma won NatWest Bank Pioneers Post #WISE100 Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise(2024) and was named as a leading UK entrepreneur by Innovate UK Government’s Women in Innovation Awards(2025) for her pioneering work using Virtual Reality to train frontline staff in addressing Brain Injury in populations experiencing multiple disadvantage. Emma is passionate about system redesign and democratising access to best practice for addressing health inequalities.
