Inclusion Health Lead Nurse, Bevan Healthcare

Hayley Nicholson is the Inclusion Health Lead Nurse at Bevan Healthcare, where she oversees pathway and outreach services across Bradford. Qualifying in 2014, she spent most of her career on the acute medical unit before becoming Charge Nurse on the COVID admissions ward, gaining extensive clinical and leadership experience. Since joining Bevan in 2022, Hayley has strengthened her commitment to inclusion health and led the development of an evening outreach service supporting sex workers, which recently received the Mayor of West Yorkshire Award. In this presentation, she will speak about the BRICSS intermediate care facility, where she is the Lead Nurse, and how a multidisciplinary approach can break down barriers and improve care for people experiencing homelessness.
