Joanna Watts-Jane has worked in the NHS for 20 years and is an experienced Practice Manager currently based in the Cynon Valley. Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving primary care services and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Joanna serves as the Deputy Chair of the Deep End Cymru Network, where she plays an active role in advocating for practices serving communities facing the greatest socioeconomic challenges. With a strong interest in health inclusion and the impact of deprivation on health outcomes, she works to influence policy, strengthen collaboration across sectors, and promote equitable access to care.
