Julian Yang is the Strategy Development Officer of Spectra's ALEX Project. His role includes research, management, data analysis, and training delivery to professionals to help them better practices and reduce health inequalities for sex workers.

Most of all, tackling barriers to access faced by minoritised groups (and how they are gendered, racialised or othered by institutional interpretations of public health). Thus, he draws on intersectional approaches towards understanding homelessness.
