Leanne is the Operation’s Manager for Crisis at their South Wales centre, where she leads key programmes designed to support members experiencing homelessness. With over 20 years of experience across the education sector—including primary education, further education, and prison education—she brings a deep understanding of inclusive learning and the transformative power of accessible opportunities.
Since joining Crisis, Leanne has focused on making learning and development accessible to all, ensuring that every member can engage in meaningful education regardless of background or circumstance. Her work has evolved to encompass a holistic approach to support, heading the development of an inclusive health and wellbeing offer. Through this work, Leanne is dedicated to ensuring that people experiencing homelessness can access integrated, non-judgemental health and wellbeing services that meet their needs and empower them on their journey out of homelessness.
