Changing Futures Programme Manager - Surrey County Council Public Health Team

Lisa is a strategic lead for multiple disadvantage at Surrey County Council currently steering the Changing Futures programme. She is an addiction professional and psychotherapist by background with experience of working in services and as a commissioner supporting the substance use and complex needs agenda. From 2020-23 she was an executive member of the ADPH (Association of Directors of Public Health) ‘English Substance Use Commissioners Group’ supporting the development of good practice and commissioning approaches for substance use related services in England and an alumni of the 2024 Pathway leadership programme.
