Lucy Hartland-Grant

Lucy Hartland-Grant is the Centre Manager and Knowledge Exchange & Enterprise Fellow at the Centre for Homelessness Research and Practice (CHRP), University of Southampton. Her role focuses on leading and delivering applied research and evaluation projects within the homelessness sector, alongside translating psychological research into practice through knowledge exchange activity. This includes hosting and facilitating workshops, webinars, and sector events that support organisations to engage with evidence-based and psychologically informed approaches, with a particular emphasis on inclusion health and co-production. Lucy is also a PhD researcher examining the intersection of ADHD and homelessness, with her research exploring prevalence, lived experience, and the development of trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming approaches. Alongside her academic work, she is Head of Business Operations and Strategy at OutcomeHome, a social enterprise providing psychological support to people experiencing homelessness, where she leads on business operations.
