Mark Hobson is Clinical Service Development Manager at Bevan Healthcare CBS, where he leads innovation and service delivery for clients across all health inclusion cohorts. Beginning his career as a Paramedic and progressing with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice, Mark brings extensive experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, former Associate Director of Clinical Development & Innovation in Out of Hours services, and Head of Healthcare within the prison sector. His clinical background spans emergency departments, walk-in centres, out-of-hours services, and prison healthcare, where he has championed trauma-informed care and multidisciplinary team development. In his current role, Mark also leads outreach initiatives to improve access and equity for underserved populations, reducing barriers and tailoring services to complex needs. He is passionate about strategic service design, digital innovation, inclusive leadership, and embedding patient-centred models of care that drive sustainable transformation.
