Melody DhindaRees is a Senior Officer for Health Improvement & Inclusion at NHS North East London ICB, where her work focuses on tackling health inequalities and improving outcomes for underserved populations. Her current portfolio of work is focused on inclusion health, particularly homeless, refugee and asylum seeker health. She has recently led the development of the NEL Homeless Health Strategy, a system strategy to improve the health and social outcomes of people experiencing homelessness in NEL. The strategy prioritises integrated health, care, and housing pathways, alongside action on the wider determinants of health.
