Natalie Knowles is a physiotherapist by background and currently working in West Yorkshire's Integrated Care Board as a Primary Care Partnership and Transformation Lead with a specialist expertise in commissioning for Inclusion health populations.
She provides strategic leadership across primary care, health inequalities, neighbourhoods and inclusion health shaping districts approach to commissioning for people facing severe and multiple disadvantages.

Natalie plays an influential role in developing neighbourhood and Primary Care Network (PCN) models, ensuring inclusion health is embedded as a core component of system design, resource allocation, and multidiscplinary delivery. She is recognised for her ability to unite system partners, align strategic priorities and drive place based transformation that strengthens equity and access.
