Nicola Weaver

Head of Health Inclusion and Improvement, NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB)

Nicola Weaver is Head of Health Inclusion and Improvement within the Health Inequalities Team at NHS North East London ICB. Her role focuses on strengthening the response to health inequalities through strategic commissioning, strategy and system leadership, with a particular emphasis on inclusion health and the severe, avoidable inequalities experienced by people experiencing homelessness, people seeking asylum and refuge, and others facing multiple disadvantage.

Nicola and her team led the development of the North East London Homeless Health Strategy, a system-wide framework and call to action to improve health, wellbeing and social outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. With a varied career across the NHS and wider public sector spanning strategy, organisational development, facilitation, participation and research, Nicola brings a strong systems and co-production lens to complex change programmes — supporting partners to translate ambition into sustainable commissioning and delivery.
