Oliver Barron
Community Support Worker, Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust
Oli is a highly experienced Community Support Worker who has spent many years working across Leeds with rough sleepers and other vulnerable groups, both in hostels and through street outreach. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Rough Sleepers Mental Health Service within LYPFT. His work focuses primarily on pretreatment support, helping individuals experiencing homelessness to strengthen their social capacity and move towards a position where they are ready to engage with mainstream mental health services.
In addition to his clinical role, Oli serves as the team’s Learning Disability Champion, drawing on his extensive background supporting adults with learning difficulties in the Leeds area.
