Lead Nurse (Drug and Alcohol Services), National Test and Learn Programme

Victoria has over 14 years’ experience as a Lead Nurse in the drug and alcohol sector across North East regions. Her work focuses on improving access to healthcare and treatment, including homelessness and addiction. She has experience contributing to research and service evaluation. Currently, Victoria is involved in a national Test and Learn programme embedding nurses within street outreach teams across the country, generating learning to inform sustainable and scalable models of care.
