Sharea Ijaz was a practising dentist (with special interest in treating people with chronic medical conditions) from 2000 to 2008. She was a public health researcher from 2003 to 2012 and has been doing evidence synthesis in healthcare since then. She is currently working as part of the Evidence team at the NIHR CLAHRC West in Bristol, UK
