Rachel Brennan is Team Manager for the Homeless Team at the CQC rated outstanding Urban Village Medical Practice in Manchester. She has been with the Homeless Team in Manchester since 2013 and in that time has gained experience in homeless outreach and case management work as well as leading on Manchester’s 2016 Homeless Health Needs Audit. Prior to starting at Urban Village Rachel came from a background in international development, social welfare and higher education.
In 2017 Rachel was awarded a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellowship and travelled to Norway, Denmark and the USA investigating different ways of delivering health care to homeless people.
