Dr Shazia Munir is a GP and Clinical Lead of the Health Inclusion Clinic, a specialist primary care service for destitute refugees and asylum seekers who have been unable to register with mainstream general practice. The clinic is based at the Pavilion Medical Centre, Brixton, and is part of the Health Inclusion Team, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

She volunteered at the London Doctors of the World Clinic and worked with victims of torture as a medico-legal report writer at the charity Freedom from Torture. She started as a GP at the Health Inclusion Clinic in 2014 and became the Clinical Lead in 2015.
