An integrated and personalised service design: what is impact on homeless client’s mental health and wellbeing?
Pip Johnson is a research and evaluation professional, specialising in homelessness. Pip is currently Senior Evaluation Analyst at Westminster City Council, responsible for the evaluation and ongoing learning of the ‘HELP’ project, an integrated employment and housing support service for homeless residents. This post includes an evaluation of the effectiveness of integrating employment and housing support, as well as research into the effect of using a personalised support model on individuals’ wellbeing. Before joining Westminster, Pip worked as Research Manager at Centrepoint.
