Leslie Morphy is the new chair of Pathway.  Her career has largely been in the not for profit sector including 8 years as CEO of Crisis UK the national charity for homeless people.  Prior to that she was a Director of The Prince’s Trust for ten years,  held the post of Director of Research and Development at the Basics Skills Agency and was the Director of Broadcasting Support Services – a social enterprise.  She is currently Chair Elect of the Board of Governors of Oxford Brookes University and  holds non executive directorships for an NHS mental health trust and at a housing association.  She has degrees from the London School of Economics and Birkbeck.
