Jane is a Registered General Nurse and Public Health Specialist (Health Visitor) who has worked in a variety of settings to deliver health care to excluded groups for over 30 years within safeguarding, public health and transcultural frameworks. Jane has developed innovative projects both with statutory and voluntary sector agencies so as to promote inclusion and has also written national guidance on safeguarding homeless children and families.
Jane is an Integration Lead for a Pathway Team in London developing referral pathways and partnerships so as to develop continuous care for single homeless people within acute and primary care. Jane also provides training and specialist clinical supervision to professionals working on the front line
Jane is a trustee for the Victoria Climbie Foundation and chair of the board of trustees for Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre.
Jane is a global nomad having been born in Zambia and educated in Zimbabwe, which remains home.
