John’s passion for delivering psychological healthcare to homeless and excluded people was fired up when he realised some years ago how frequently early childhood abuse appeared in peoples’ life narratives. It is estimated that 60 -70% of single homeless people suffer from one form or other of Personality Disorder. He chairs the Westminster Personality Disorder Network, and is in the process of co-developing, and validating a stage appropriate model of psychological intervention, co-facilitated with ex-service users.
