Thea Fitch
Peer Support worker, Homelessness Prevention initiative
CNWL NHS Foundation Trust
Thea has been working as a Peer Support Worker for CNWL NHS Foundation trust since March 2014. As part of her role with the Homelessness Prevention Initiative at Westminster Community Recovery, Thea is able to use her experience of recovering from anorexia nervosa, and a long history of mental health difficulties, hospital admissions, and unemployment, to inspire and support others to find their own path to a meaningful recovery. She also uses her experiences of recovery in her work as a Peer Trainer at the CNWL Recovery and Wellbeing college; inspiring hope and empowering others to take back control and find a way of managing their health and wellbeing in a personally satisfying way.
