Wendy Muckle has been the Executive Director of Ottawa Inner City Health Inc. since its beginning on February 2001.OICH is the result of concern from the many services dealing with homelessness in the downtown area.

Wendy had been working with the homeless population since 1990 through her positions with the City of Ottawa and Sandy Hill CHC.

Poverty and health, homelessness, HIV/AIDS, harm reduction, health care for vulnerable populations, nursing education and community based information systems are her areas of interest.

Wendy has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master in Health Administration.
