The Homeless Health Service
I have been the Lead GP for the Bristol Homeless Health Service for three years.
Before that I have spent many years in more traditional forms of General Practice, including always working in Out of Hours.
I think it was in Out of Hours, staring at blank screens in the middle of the night, devoid of relevant patient information, that I became an enthusiast for data-sharing and interoperability.
The Homeless Health Service functions so much better with access to relevant and up to date information.
