My name is Haydeh, I am from Iran where I was in prison for political reasons. Living here in the UK has given me new and different aspects of life. Joining Freedom from Torture and being a member of the Write to Life group have helped to put behind me the hard times of my life, to have a positive approach to future, and improve my abilities and skill in writing to express my thoughts and feelings.
