Rachel is a social researcher and project manager with over a decade’s experience in the public and voluntary sectors. She joined CFE Research in 2012 and has worked on a range of research and evaluation projects, many relating to addressing different forms of disadvantage. These include evaluations of the Ageing Better in Birmingham programme, Macmillan Cancer Support’s physical activity behaviour change pathway and Homeless Link’s Housing First England project. Rachel directs the national evaluation of the National Lottery Community Fund’s £118million investment in improving support for people affected by homelessness, offending, mental ill-health and substance misuse.
