Sarah is the Head of Homelessness, Housing and Complex Needs at Concrete which delivers a range of services targeting the prevention and alleviation of homelessness.
Prior to joining Concrete in 2015, Sarah worked across a range of sectors and disciplines including the prison service and local authorities leading teams in delivering, shaping and improving services around reducing reoffending and homelessness. Sarah has a Masters in Criminological Psychology and Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 in Housing Practice.
Sarah believes passionately in customer driven change lead support and is a strong advocate for the voice of lived experience to be at the heart of what we do. Sarah has focused on building the charities reputation for both knowledge sharing and developing partnerships towards creating lasting change.
